I spoke with May about getting a replacement card sent to me because my card expired. However, I spoke with Angelina back in August when she called and said my replacement card had been returned due to an outdated address. I updated my address at that time and was told a new card would be sent to me. I never received said card. So I called today to see what was up and they basically told me that both cards were returned because Angelina did not update my address like we discussed back in August. Then May proceeds to tell me that it’s going to be a $50 charge to get an expedited card (mind you, I have moved out of state but continue to use this bank because I like them) sent to me. After I complained, she said the $50 fee would be waived but it would still pull out of my account but it would be credited back in “in a few days.” Then she confirms my phone number, which is the incorrect phone number. Doesn’t make sense because I updated my phone number almost two years ago when I got this new number but they did not update it in their system. Very frustrated that now I have to wait 5-7 days for an expedited card when it should have been sent already and I have to deal with money being taken from my account even though the fee was waived??? Doesn’t make sense to me. Very much considering switching banks.
