Sort ByAugust 13, 2020GuestI have been banking with Tri Counties bank for over twenty years, I love the convenient locations the service and I feel safe using the ATM Why go anywhere else!!!!April 10, 2020GuestIn the 7 1/2 yrs I have been banking here they have changed the amount of point of sales and daily minimum you have to keep before you lose 5 dollars to have somewhere to cash and deposit your check. I wish they stop changing it, if you are use to it and if you was a customer here already, that should be the way it is before you change it, information would be helpful, way in advance. I chose to bank here because the staff and accounts was like my bank I utilized before moving here. Plus my mom is a customer here.February 17, 2020GuestI have been with tri counties Bank since they opened in Shasta county. in the last year or two they have done nothing but changed people at the Red Bluff Branch time after time you never know who you're going to see because they're probably new I kind of don't like it anymoreApril 01, 2019GuestWe've been customers of this branch for many years. Our experiences have been invariably positive. The attitude of the employees, from the manager to the tellers, is always cordial and extremely helpful. They appreciate our business, and their patience and problem solving abil- ities rank up there with the best. Sometimes one must deal with lines, but that is often the case with competing institutions. It depends on the time of day, the day of the week, and even the time of month. They process customers transactions as efficiently as possible, and even under the busiest of times remain smiling and professional. Overall, a good place to do business.March 14, 2019GuestA few days ago, I wrote a highly critical review of this branch of Tri Counties bank, did so in detail, and was surprised when representatives from administration and the local branch contacted me to get further details--and did so with the goal of improvement, listening carefully and giving plenty of feedback from their viewpoints. I congratulate both parties who called for actively listening to my problems with individual tellers, and it was obvious the problems stemmed mainly from tellers with little training in human relations and the necessity for adherence to policy rather than concerning themselves with the human side of transactions. Thus it is that I am withdrawing my negative review, knowing that these things can affect an institution for years even after the problem has been solved. Thank you Julie for your most amiable conversation about your branch--and I suspect that service will greatly improve as your tellers learn that banking is not merely totting up numbers. This reflects the overall excellence and concern for personal satisfaction I have consistently experienced at the Paradise and downtown Chico branches of Tri Counties Bank. Thank you!
