However, one Monday I showed up to the Hilltop location bank because I needed mymobile App password fixed for me. They were in the middle of training when I approached. The trainee's chair collapsed on him and the lady who was training him and helping me made a comment that made me embarrassed for him. Anyways, our account went in the negative due to App issues and not realizing where our account stood during the holidays. I was not too concerned about it because I had money to transfer and to resolve it. All I needed was to access my App. What should've taken at least 5 minutes turned into an unnecessary, lengthy ordeal. She ssked the same question over and over. Then, without permission, she began listing the number of times we had a transaction and for what and for when. I understand I interrupted her training of an employee, but I was also on the clock and suppose to be working. We were not getting anywhere while I was growing increasingly embarrassed and humiliated, so I left, without my problem being solved.January 03, 2023GuestI've banked with North Valley bank for the last 15 years.
