People working here are good but ultimately the banking with TCB will be an unwise decision and pain in the a**. First thing their interest rates are higher than any other credit union, HELOC are 1.5 higher than prime rate, no notification system, very slow in loan processing. They increased my hazard insurance a lot. I paid off 25k in less than 10months, maintaining 0 balance for more than 3 months now, They screwed my credit report for an yearly loan maintenance fees ($70) which was due. No notification, no recovery call, simply report delinquent and I lost 95 points FICO. I would never ever suggest this bank. Dec'2023, the branch staff did everything they could to fix my situation but damage is already done. Looks like, this is all the Backoffice or servicing team fault, but the FACE off the bank are the staff at branch do not have much control on this. Bumping my rating to 3 as the branch team reached me couple of times to do their best to fix the process issue. Hope TCB will learn and get better on critical customer communications.next
